now, start construction by Labor Day of this year,
and we will
rebate $10,000 as a Seller’s
contribution to your final landscaping package. There

We are also taking deposits on the
larger lots platted for development across the creek, in a Section
entitled THE RESERVE. Generally, they are 130’ x 180’.
