Maintenance Fees
The monthly maintenance in Sections I and II is $150/month, billed quarterly. Of that, approximately $100/month or $1200/year is devoted to the individual maintenance of the front yards (about 50% less than present market rates). Once one hundred residents have lived in the subdivision for at least one year, then at that time all the then current residents will be allowed to vote on whether they want to continue the contracted arrangements for maintaining the front yards. As developers, we believe this single fact enhances the value of the subdivision as a whole, and every home in particular.
In The Estates the presumptive maintenance is presently set at $180, with the extra $30/month devoted to additional landscaping accents throughout this enclave. That represents an additional $20,000/yr for specialized annual displays and treatments. |
