Sections I and II are complete, and largely built-out. The lots have progressively been larger with each new section. The new Estate Lots are presently the largest in the subdivision.

These new estate homes have higher custom design standards, more landscaping, and pricing that ranges from $650,000 to over $1,000,000, from 4,000 SF to over 7,000 SF.

The Estates begins as you turn left off the first intersection, rising over the ridge on Stagecoach Drive and then back down to the oversized cul-de-sac in the northwest corner of the subdivision: Stagecoach Circle. If you continue straight on Watkins Creek Drive, it takes you back to that same cul-de-sac. So there are actually two separate points of entry, each marked by a separate monument.


THE RESERVE entails another 40 acres across the creek that creates an enclave in the northeastern corner. The bridge is built and the roads are roughed at this time, but are best viewed from a 4WD. At present we have plans that call for 50 smaller lots directed more specifically to an upscale "empty nester" market starting in the $500-$600 range. We also have plans drafted that call for even larger Estate Lots. So we will take our direction from market demand.
